This taping technique works really well for any injury that’s caused by over-pronation e.g. shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) or tib post tendinopathy. However, taping is only part of the treatment. You should also strengthen the muscles around your hips and ankle. I also run a free Facebook group where you can ask questions about your injuries.
